Lakeside Mansion, Chaohu

The project is located in Chaohu City, Anhui Province, China, with natural view of Chaohu Lake in the southeast, and Huangshan Natural Scenic Area in the west, and adjacent to Hefei Normal University in the southeast. It features convenient traffic, complete supporting facilities, nice ecological environment, with the conditions of being boutique residential project.
It creates a two-axis seven-step landscape space, uses modern design techniques, introduces the local cultural characteristics of Chaohu Lake, seeks the cultural context of the academy, and builds a secluded and elegant life theater.
The large-scale entrance, the ancient pine tree, and the delicate details reveal the quality and the taste of the project. The star-lit roof, the super-scale waterscape matching with the strong buck make the atrium space noble and magnificent. The prosperous scene of Chaohu Lake through the process of digital engraving is applied to show the local culture, highlighting the project.
The project focused on creating residential landscape with local cultural characteristics. Firstly, cultural elements suitable for residential landscape design were extracted from the long history, unique regional culture was integrated into each node of landscape design, and ip sculpture "Yellow Deer" representing local culture was created to show the integration of local culture in the entire community, easily enhancing the cultural identity of residents.
