This project is located in the northern part of the central Songgang sub-district, the northwest gateway of Shenzhen, near the urban trunk road, with obvious location advantages.

The overall planning is based on the principle of making full use of surrounding resources and creating dynamic urban space, so as to implement the optimal functional layout scheme. We believe that only the space form of a large enclosure can not only make full use of landscape resources but also create a vibrant space for urban life. For the layout of high-rise towers, the principle of optimal sight is taken as the principle, and the uniformity of building orientation and shape is fully considered to ensure that there is no sight interference between households, to make full use of community landscape, and to improve living quality.

The facade adopts a modern simple style and maximizes the sense of architectural quality through lattice architectural elements. We adopt bay windows and large glass surfaces to ensure a clean and pure facade. Harmonious proportion, the organic relationship between virtuality and reality, and exquisite details reflect modern charm. The facade material is composed of white imitation stone paint, dark aluminum plate, and dark paint, which expresses simple beauty with modern materials. The bright color tone and the facade full of assembly style enable this project to present the harmonious coexistence of architecture and environment, depict the perfect picture of a comfortable life, and fully display the profound artistic conception of "more than one layer of landscape". Large floor-to-ceiling windows and super-large viewing balconies create a spatial experience of international art residential areas.
