Shum Yip Century Valley

The project is a high-end complex project integrating residential, apartment, hotel, commercial, and other functions. The project is adjacent to the OCT area, which is the only scarce treasure land in the region. In order to make the best use of the treasure land and reflect its due value, we put forward the design concept of “living on the left bank of Shahe River, enjoying life in OCT”.

The planning and design of the project is composed of residential buildings, apartments, hotels, businesses, and other major formats, with a total construction area of 380,000 square meters. The architectural orientation layout and form fully consider the utilization of surrounding landscape resources. On the side of the adjacent Dashahe River landscape belt, the two towers adopt a "Y" plane with a height of 250M, so that every household can enjoy a wide view. The general plan is enclosed with ultra-low building density, forming a building spacing of nearly 100 meters, spreading eastward along Shahe East Road, lifting the super-large two-story private garden, and through the establishment of the two-story corridor system, connecting houses and apartments in a series to have a multi-level and three-dimensional urban form, achieving an ecological and multi-complex OCT living platform.
