The overall planning of the project focuses on catering to the concept of grand planning, highlighting the riverside theme and putting forward the design concepts of "riverside lighthouse", "Lohas block" and "urban vogue residence". At the same time, the design makes full use of surrounding resources, introduces the external landscape into the residential area, respects the context of the place, and creates a modern ecological community with temperature. The overall layout of the building adopts an enclosed layout to create a central garden. Combined with external landscape resources, the river scenery and internal space are connected in series to create a modern and livable quality living space. The facade of the building adopts a modernist style, emphasizes the tall and straight building volume, and takes the facade composition mode of combining points, lines, and planes, forming simple and exquisite architectural characteristics. The commercial facade combines the external landscape environment, coincides with the "wave" rhythm of Longgang River, and adopts the principle of standardization and centralization, being inlaid with each other and deepening layer by layer to create a fashionable and modern block atmosphere. The exquisite and straight aluminum alloy decorative frame weakens the thick volume and improves the exquisiteness of the building through small-scale detail processing. The use of large glass improves the display type of pavement and fully integrates the indoor and outdoor space of the building.
