When the left-hand pointer completes 30 minutes, it rapidly returns to its starting position, while simultaneously the right-hand pointer takes over and continues for the next 30 minutes before resetting as well. This process creates a seamless transition between the two hands on the dial, completing a 60-minute cycle, which is like the dynamic sensation presented when a car accelerates and decelerates.
