The project is located in the Qianhai Qianwan Comprehensive Development Zone, with convenient transportation and superior landscape resources.
This case is based on the product positioning of high-end residential buildings, incorporating the design concept of multi-dimensional greening, to create an ecological and livable coastal leisure garden style residential complex. As the carrier of new city construction, in the future Qianhai space, a dynamic urban scene with unique charm and distinctive theme will be formed.
The project includes composite functions such as residential, commercial, and supporting facilities. The tower building conforms to the semi enclosed layout of the road network, and the urban interface is continuous and complete. The building conforms to the city skyline and creates a well arranged park opposite to the scenery. A 24-hour corridor is set up on the second floor to the west of the base, connecting public supporting functions. The commercial layout along the street is located next to the main road on the north side of the plot, complementing various urban supporting facilities. Form a complete supporting system for the slow moving living circle with surrounding plots.
The building facade complies with the urban language and responds to the design needs of Qianhai for high-quality housing with more public expression. Build a music journey that spans time and space around the design theme of "Listening to the Sea · Harmony Movement". The tower combines virtual and real dimensions to form a well-arranged, complete and orderly urban rhythm.
