The Rose Park Mansion

The project is located in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province with an area of 24,000m. The site is rich in native natural characteristics and profound cultural heritage; "nature" and "culture" are destined to be the inevitable factors of design. The proportion of the oversized atrium and ultra-long urban interface were undoubtly a challenge and opportunity.

The design respected nature and selected 28 high-quality ancient pines, giving up using the traditional dogmatic scale of the door, taking the pines as a guide, and the yellow and white walls as the canvas, with the virtual and solid blend of pines and shadows, and finally presenting a natural painting of the pine forest. Meanwhile, the overall design is to balance the relationship between the building and the atrium, combine nature with modern life. As the central axis, the oversized atrium combined with classical gardening techniques has modernized the best way of "walking, looking, living and touring" in China, providing an ideal living choice for residents.

The customized "rose system" was destined to be strict in details. The agarwood beige walls of the hotel quality, the carved details of champagne aluminum plate and gold aluminum plate, and the integrated long rainbow glass became an important element of the virtual and real scene. Moreover, the original tree species were retained and reused on the site, which was expected to promote adaptation to climate change, harmonized sustainable ecological resilience, and enhanced ecological health.

The project aimed to explore the ideal lifestyle of "walking, looking and living", integrating modern human settlements with nature, and becoming the perfect carrier of contemporary poetic life.
