YUZAOSIJI-Chinese Four Seasons Sushi, is a "to promote Chinese food culture as a concept" Japanese restaurant. The restaurant uses four seasons of different ingredients as raw materials, in accordance with the weather to provide food for diners.
In terms of design concept, we extracted from Xunzi · Wang System four seasonal characteristics of "spring farming", "summer Yun", "autumn harvest" and "winter collection" as the theme of the brand "four seasons", in order to create a seasonal space scene concept.
In terms of space performance, we implanted the roof design into the facade of the restaurant and the kitchen operation area inside the restaurant, and used wood, cement walls and other materials to create a natural and rustic restaurant.
