Precious Home Living Lab

On both sides of Wuyuan Road, there are a mix of old-fashioned garden houses, modern alleys, and literary shops. On the occasion of the third anniversary of the establishment of "Precious Home", Gary Zeng rethinks the essence of design and chooses to embark on a comprehensive lifestyle experience here - Precious Home Living Lab. With his personality and artistic language, he creates lifestyle desserts that belong to the trendy and upscale.



Reconstruct the originality of the design with artistic thinking and present it in this alley villa with a "hanging garden". The 200 square meter space on the first floor was originally a villa living room, but currently focuses on the art section of Precious Home, which is compatible with original home furnishings, fashion buyers, independent art galleries, and a 40 square meter villa garden. On the 2nd to 3rd floors, 5 story themes are embedded based on different spatial layouts to quickly focus on sensory aspects through curatorial thinking with emotional warmth and depth of thinking, hoping to establish a deep experience of brand culture for users.



Designer Gary hopes to express a sense of present and future while retaining the traces of time. Therefore, the combination of all spatial forms is very elastic, constantly updating the "space script" as a director of space aesthetics, exploring a design thinking of blank spaces and de-stylization.
