For most people living in Shenyang, going to the street to eat some barbecue is the best time of life after eating dinners. A bottle of wine, a handful of chuaner, makes the best time. The burning charcoal fire all the time, the chuaner accompanied with hot cooking oil, the talk of everything, about happiness and sadness, with friends. This is exactly the attitude of Northeast people's life, sincerity and boldness, not to stick to one pattern, with the real freedom and leisure .
Starting from the perspective of local culture and spatial layout, the project makes use of the connections between traditional north-east barbecue culture and space, and rationally plans the pattern with narrow space from east to west and long path from north to south through space designs, introducing the construction of light and nature, and enjoying a moment of freedom in the complexity of the city. Reshaping the cultural expression and unique dining experience of north-east BBQ through design is the core of the design, and the original intention of the brand as well.
