The Splendors Langfang, Hebei, China

This project is located in the core supporting area of Longhe High-tech Zone, the deputy center of Langfang City, with a very unique and convenient three-dimensional transportation network of sea, land and air. It is a new business card for Langfang to promote foreign cities, and also an urban commercial flagship integrating culture, entertainment and technology. The project is a large commercial complex of 215,900 square meters, including 167,700 square meters of centralized commercial, 379,000 square meters of above-ground parking and 10,300 square meters of basement.
In the planning of the project, the design concept of "one corridor and six squares" is connected with diversified business forms, creating a fresh and organic lifestyle and stimulating commercial vitality to the maximum extent. On the facade, the concept of light workshop is combined with different business functions, and multiple "light boxes" are set on the main commercial interface, echoing the urban planning axis, creating a rich effect of multi-workshop linkage, forming a dialogue relationship between the building and the city "to see and be seen", and creating a landmark urban display interface.
