Wuhan Poly Jinshang Sales Center

The project is located in Baishazhou, Wuhan, China, with an area of 708 sq.m. Because of its rich economic and cultural heritage dating back to 1952, the Baishazhou Area has developed into a contemporary and comfortable living space today. Therefore, how to preserve the past while promoting the growth of modern living in today’s young era becomes the main focus of this project.



Given the relationship between people and communities, the designers have put forth the design concept of "co-building a micro-community with the gene of Youth Power to make the future warmer".



The discussion area provides a bright, clean atmosphere. Together with the greenery outside, it creates a harmonious environment for the neighborhood. In the book area, the designers hope that the culture and joy of reading can attract and spread to more people. On the other side, there is a coffee shop where visitors may take a seat and relax for a while while admiring the lush surroundings and warm sunshine.



Thus, by integrating "flowers + coffee + bookshop", it has made the urban community more lively and dynamic, while also greatly boosting its economic values via leisure, socialization, and consumption.
