Warmth of Love

The homeowners of the magnificent residence are a loving couple who have been married for over two decades and are proud parents of three beautiful children. This is their very first home built on their own land after twenty long years of waiting, and the journey to realizing their dream home was a three-year effort of love. The team has worked in close collaboration with the couple to ensure that every aspect of their vision came to life, taking into account their specific and unique requirements. These included a spacious area for entertaining friends and family, a private sanctuary for their little ones, a nail studio dedicated to the hostess, and, last but not least, a luxurious bathroom exclusively for the couple. By attending to every detail and paying close attention to their individual needs, our team was able to create a perfect family home that the owners can be proud of and cherish for years to come.

In the shared living area, the team carefully planned the living and dining rooms to align with each other, allowing natural light to flow through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the living room and into the dining area without any obstacles. This created a more spacious and open atmosphere. To maintain this brightness and openness, the kitchen near the dining area was separated by a glass sliding door, effectively preventing cooking fumes from spreading while still allowing natural light to filter through. To cater to the owner's desire for ample entertaining space, the living and dining rooms were arranged to maximize the available space while maintaining optimal functionality. This allows residents and guests to move freely throughout the area.

A nail studio is being planned for the female homeowner upstairs, featuring soft and colorful decor. This space will allow her to work comfortably and enjoyably while echoing the vibrant colors of the manicures. Moving on to the master bedroom, one will see that the interior is decorated with warm wood tones and earthy colors, creating a peaceful and stable atmosphere for the couple to have a relaxing and comfortable sleep.
