Yishui Dragon Home Enclosure Block Kindergarten

The project is located on the axis of the future administrative center of Xicheng District, Yishui City, adjacent to the Civic Cultural and Art Center, with complete educational and medical facilities. On the whole, the building presents the visual effect of flowing curves, breaking the boundaries with changes in arc angles and forming rhythmic light effects. In terms of texture, the ivory white prefabricated cement board shapes and highlights the purity and transparency of the building. Under the joint effect of shape, color, light and other elements, this ethereal and dreamy building embodies the design concept of standing like porcelain, thin as paper, white like jade, and clean like the moon.

No color defines the boundaries of a building more clearly than white. Architects are passionate about using white, hoping to assert from it the absolute purity that white suggests, whether in form, function or ideology. According to the design proposal, the building is composed of separate concrete blocks, which are connected to form a unified surface, rendered by a white cladding. Along the edges of the rectilinear shapes in the background, white is further applied to enhance the contrast between the right-angled and curved concrete blocks. When white is matched with such a minimalist style, a sense of sophistication is created, representing cleanliness, sanctity, serenity, silence and purity, as if everything is in a static state.

The fluid transition from one object to another through minimal and elegant design was the main driving idea of this architectural concept. The combination of fluid design and soft and hard volume endows every element with a serene sense of space, which can be felt through fluid design and soft volume. The transparent building invites nature to be a part of it and at the same time becomes a part of nature with its organic and elegant design.
