Laguna Verde

This is a residential design project located in Hong Kong, encompassing approximately 900 square feet. The original layout, comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a utility room, suffered from poor practicality and limitations imposed by irregular structural constraints, resulting in suboptimal overall usability.



To enhance practicality and comfort, we undertook a thoughtful reconfiguration of the space, effectively utilizing the irregular structure to our advantage. Meticulously selecting materials, we improved the connectivity between spaces, fostering a cohesive effect and imbuing the residence with a sense of depth.



Throughout the design process, we embraced a minimalist color palette and materials, consciously eschewing excessive decorative elements. This deliberate choice aimed to create a serene atmosphere, establishing a tranquil living environment. By embracing simplicity, the space exudes a peaceful and comfortable ambiance, inviting residents to revel in a sense of tranquility and relaxation.



Our primary objective was to elevate the practicality and comfort of the residence. Through strategic space reallocation and leveraging the irregular structure, we have meticulously crafted a sleek and multi-dimensional living space. The reimagined layout optimizes functionality, seamlessly blending each area while allowing for seamless movement and unhindered flow.
