The JinHui City Central Cloud Dwelling project is located in Shishi City, Fujian Province, and is developed and constructed by the renowned real estate developer JinHui Group. The overall layout adopts a south-to-north descending, scattered arrangement, ensuring maximized scenic views for the buildings. It incorporates a separation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic and features a hotel-style entrance lobby, creating an artistic living landscape axis and fostering a homecoming experience filled with ceremony. The vertical extension of the entrance's image display area creates a progressively immersive spatial experience, shaping a community scene brimming with vitality.All buildings are designed with a raised ground floor, incorporating various supporting facilities and recreational areas, enriching the shared open functions. The designer has also given different raised levels thematic elements, aiming to seamlessly integrate the indoors and outdoors through the design.The architectural style is characterized by its simplicity and elegance, serving as an exemplary benchmark. It features clean and refined façades, with tall and slender volumes, transparent balconies, and a strong emphasis on the harmonious combination and contrast of materials on the façade. The building pays attention to the overall proportion, with delicate elements in the upper sections and substantial elements in the lower sections to convey a sense of strength. Large glass windows and balcony structures enhance the building's transparency. Light-colored lines outline the architectural framework, dark colors complement the base, and the use of large-scale enclosed balcony glass conveys a modern language, narrating the beauty of minimalist luxury architecture.How to meet multifunctional needs and create a sense of comfort within an extremely limited space, while balancing the quality of space and functionality, is a continuous theme that runs from conceptual design to realization, and it has been successfully addressed.
