Bijie Real Blue Center

This project encompasses planning structure, architectural layout, road systems, green systems and municipal infrastructure. Our design follows the concept of unified planning, aiming to create an organic whole to ensure coherence among all components.
Based on the overall layout, we particularly emphasize the relative independence of various functional blocks. Which includes refining commercial functions, coordinating the overall scale and harmonizing with human landscapes. Each part is designed to have its own distinct characteristics while integrating with the overall layout, creating a diverse and harmonious environment.
We position the shopping center along the side of Kai Xing Road with high commercial value and good visibility to maximize customer attraction. Within the site, we have established themed streets, providing people with a unique shopping experience. Additionally, we have placed block main entrances on the north side road, Kai Xing Road and the southwest corner of the plot, effectively utilizing these locations to direct foot traffic and improve accessibility.

Regarding architectural form, we emphasize the overall volume of the entire building, creating a distinctive architectural language with a contemporary feel. The building itself exhibits transparency and expansiveness, using a contrast of solid and void to give it a strong and tall appearance while revealing delicate and soft beauty in the details. The hierarchy of spaces is clear, elegant yet passionate, and elements of contrast and harmony are also reflected within.

Through these customized designs, we aim to create a project that is strong in its entirety, functionally independent and environmentally friendly, providing residents and visitors with a high-quality shopping and entertainment experience.
