They wanted an office space that not only feature the latest trends but also one that will retain their valued employees. IPSOS is synonymous with individuality, diversity, and creativity. DB&B Shanghai’s design team embraced these values, breaking away from conventions in surge of innovative ideas. The design idea aligns with IPSOS' belief that people are the most critical assets in the workplace. Hence, creating a space that promotes social connections, interactivity, and supports employee well-being was paramount.

Color selection played a vital role in creating a sense of engagement and connection within the new workplace. A "green wall" incorporating IPSOS' corporate colors guides the path from the entrance to the office spaces. This design fosters a stronger sense of identity for employees as they step into the office. Furniture, acoustic panels, carpets, and wall colors all reflect IPSOS' branding. The carpet colors not only provide orientation but also define the designated work areas for different departments.
