Xi’an City Sports Park Landscape Improvement Project

The design opposed the fast-food approach to functional regeneration and starts with the activation of movement requirements and vitality potential. The intervention of design first faces the reshaping of the boundary, and intends to combine the specific character of the field on the basis of preserving the functional space of the passage.

On the basis of maximizing the current layout, the new city movement style is restarted by optimizing the water and green border at the east entrance, which faces Weiyang Road, Changan's central axis.

The main point of activity in the sports park has centered around Osmanthus Square. The hour hand of the field's motion property rotates with the light and becomes limitless by using the twelve-hour Chang'an and clock concept.

The south entrance is near to the municipal administration on Fengcheng No. 8 Road. It had been a long-forgotten water feature prior to the refurbishment. The white and green light compliment each other, adding to the liveliness, assertiveness, and allure of the south entrance. The opalescent perforated translucent brand wall relies on the green background in the park.

A free and unfettered sports temperament is created by the transformation of the basketball court, which includes vibrant ground color matching and artistic modeling of the Seine that surrounds it.
