Rui Xiang Yuan

Rui Xiang Yuan sales office is located in the Jiangbei New District of Nanjing, the surrounding environment is backed by the Qinglong Scenic Belt, the west side of the objective old mountain, the south side of the direct face of the Qili River Scenic Belt, prompting the city and the nature to symbiosis here again. The project covers an area of 1,258 square meters, with basic functional spaces, including a sand table area, negotiation area, water bar area and VIP lounge, and a model room area is planned on the second floor at the same time. In the design of this case, the design attempts to integrate the advantages of the project's surrounding as well as the local culture into the scheme, and through the modernized design style, combined with the technique of landscaping, connecting the architecture, landscape and indoor space to complete the unique scene design.



The architectural volume of Rui Xiang Yuan adopts a simple linear design to outline a neat and atmospheric architectural tone, shaping a sense of modern technology, and constructing a dynamic façade shape. In the courtyard, water features and greenery are used to create a rich spatial experience, and the transparent nature of the building's large floor-to-ceiling glass allows the interior space, the building and the landscape to blend with each other, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
