Guiyu Yunxi project embeds storytelling planning into the space from the perspective of the experimenters, and construct a "warm and attitudinal" community life for the community using scenario-based, themed, and IP-based design techniques, thus providing users with the best experience that meets their needs.
Based on the case name, the design team has constructed two images of "Yunlanlan" and "Yunyouyou" inspired by "Cloud" IP to apply to the reading space of Building 7 and the children's space of Building 12, respectively, aiming to convey a space atmosphere of erudition, talents, and sunshine through IP to deepen the brand's specificity.
With the advent of the multi-child era, the ingenious design is condensed here for 4:30 pm every day. The design team has integrated the educational concept of "edutainment" with a people-oriented approach, and taken "Cloud Universe" as the theme to construct spatial memory points on the interstellar background wall through gradient wall painting and luminescent texture star installations.
Community cafes can satisfy various demands of different age groups, which can use the interface of cafes to strengthen the social attributes of the community, and present different forms of social atmosphere through different forms of tables, chairs, and booths.
The scenery varies depending on location, since the large french windows bring enough light into the room. The lush greenery that can be seen everywhere gives people a fresh impression of being accompanied by nature.
It is quite difficult to achieve breakthroughs and transformations in space on the original tone of interior finish, which must consider the purpose of the existence of related regions. The design team takes the wall where the line of initial sight rests as a spatial memory point to enhance the three-dimensional sense of the space through textured light-emitting devices made of special materials. In this way, the children can experience a strong sensory experience provided by the "Metaverse" upon entering the door.
