Magic Cube Hotel.Chengdu

The design of hotel draws inspiration from Sichuan Brocade, Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains and traditional colors, aiming to evoke the enchanting charm of ancient Chinese culture while achieving a perfect blend of modern and traditional elements. Through well spatial layout, meticulous color coordination and unique material choices, a comfortable dwelling infused with the ambiance of Chinese traditional culture has been created for guests.

The spatial layout of the hotel is inspired by the texture of Sichuan Brocade, utilizing flowing curves and combinations to organically connect various functional areas. Leveraging a technique that alternates between reality and illusion, each area maintains independence while seamlessly integrating into the overall space.The color palette predominantly features traditional colors, with Mituo Monk as the base tone complemented by hues like Shunsheng and Tianshui Bi, creating an atmosphere of simple elegance. To emphasize a modern touch, metallic elements have been incorporated, adding a fashionable aspect to the overall design. Materials for the hotel draw inspiration from Sichuan Brocade and Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains, extracting patterns to be applied to materials, infusing the space with a rich cultural essence. To enhance comfort, high-quality modern building materials such as glass and stainless steel have been used, making the overall design more comfortable and practical. Decorative elements seamlessly integrate traditional patterns, paintings and modern design techniques. The designer aims to allow guests to deeply feel the allure of Chinese traditional culture within a modernized hotel setting through this design.
