In recent years, water-cooled laser welding machines have dominated the market. Still, their large size, high weight, frequent maintenance, and inconsistent quality of core components have left users dissatisfied. The rise of air-cooled laser welding machines has also failed to address issues related to demanding environmental requirements, rising costs, and reduced efficiency. Bodor, recognizing these industry pain points, has independently developed an innovative welder that delivers high-efficiency welding even in extreme conditions.

This welder results from extensive in-house research and production, leveraging our technical expertise to create a high-performance and reliable laser welding device. By integrating multiple in-house developed core technologies, we aim to provide users with an outstanding all-weather welding solution.

The BodorWelder embodies minimalist, industrial design with its black and silver color pattern.

This machine uses a unique aluminum plate sandblasting oxidation process that sets it apart from traditional sheet metal plate processing, giving it several distinct advantages. Firstly, this process prevents scratches and surface wear, extending the machine's lifespan and ensuring top-notch performance during long and intense work. Furthermore, this design enhances the machine's adaptability to different environments, making it more resilient in humid or corrosive conditions, thereby increasing its reliability in various settings. Most importantly, this design enhances the product's brand recognition. Consumers usually associate high-quality aesthetics with top-tier brands, making Bodor's products more appealing and emphasizing the brand's excellence.

BodorWelder introduces an industry-first intelligent temperature control system, enabling automatic and precise temperature regulation. This critical feature ensures steady and uninterrupted laser operation. Inside the device, we've incorporated our self-developed high-efficiency light source, reducing heat generation while delivering a sustained high-intensity beam.

Furthermore, our high-performance condensation heat dissipation system, featuring a sizeable cooling fin area, efficiently dissipates heat, guaranteeing top-notch and enduring laser output. Paired with an efficient compressor and intelligent refrigerant control system, the core components achieve intelligent temperature control, further enhancing performance.

The knob-style design simplifies intricate processes, enabling one-button welding operation. Simply power on, choose a welding process package, and you're good to weld. Users can also tailor their process packages to suit their specific welding requirements.
