The Menghuating Area A project of Guolian Hexi Park Community in Huai'an District is located in the Hexi District of Huai'an Group, along the Li Canal-Beijing-Hangzhou Canal cultural tourism belt, and is close to the Huai'an Ecological Cultural Tourism Zone. It is adjacent to the main center of the new city to the north, and adjacent to Huai'an District across the Li Canal Cultural Corridor to the east. It is only 1km from the development axis of Xiangyu Avenue.

In the overall layout, the display function of the entrance space was fully considered, and the commercial building #1 was arranged along the west main road of the city. Focus on embodying cultural themes and display cultural characteristics to the maximum extent;
This design is highly suggestive and focuses on creating highlights in conjunction with the eastern section of the landscape belt. Commercial areas, landscape demonstration areas, and high-end residences jointly create high-end quality effects, reflecting a smart appearance, exquisite details, and noble quality. At the same time, the building itself is penetrating, integrating the building with the landscape. It highlights the street facade and gives people a visual impact.
The building as a whole integrates the cultural connotation of the Hexi region. The external form is grand and solemn, forming a window image with strong external display and strong regional culture. In terms of floor plan, Business 1 is located on the south side of the plot, facing north and south. In terms of spatial layout, by consciously compressing and opening the space, private and public, it creates a sense of different scenery as you move around, creating a rich and interesting architectural space form.
