The Crest Residence & Jade Apartments project is located in the core area of business and cultural region in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, China. The project is divided into two plots, with Crest Residence in the north while Jade Apartments in the south. The demonstration area is located in the northwest corner of the two plots, where large volume of people goes by and presents a strong publicity. The demonstration area covers a site area of 9705 square meters, with a total floor area of 5576 square meters, which consists of three units: a sales office, a temporary model house, and a community lobby. The design adopts a symmetrical planning layout, combined with a winding landscape layout, which balances luxurious atmosphere and elegant temperament. In façade design, modern materials integrated with Chinese traditional elements are used to reflect the fusion of ancient and modern.
