Diverse Harmony

Their universe is imprinted with the sisters’ unique signatures. To meet the needs of sisters’ chat after working all day, and distinctive traits and favorites stand in each one, the designer creates a living space with possessing their own private space while hormonally residing. The space serves as a canvas for building a diverse and enriched life scene, marked by laughter, contemplation, and shared experiences.
Sofa arrangement with the 110 centimeters depth, it serves as a connection for the sisters to exchange all-day experience. Through the black-framed aluminum sliding door, it creates a cosmic rift, preserving their individual sanctuaries while opening a conduit for dialogue. The color palette of the space employs black, white, gray, and beige, fostering a simple and expansive atmosphere that welcomes returners with warmth upon entering. The earth-toned sofa introduces a touch of diversity, complementing the Nordic design style embodied by the Danish brand armchair. In this optimized space, a bedroom is cleverly converted into a study, fostering a connection with the living area. The living room's floor-to-ceiling windows ensure ample light, with gauze curtains for ventilation and glare reduction. The TV wall, adorned with diatomaceous earth paint, enhances aesthetics and regulates humidity. The entrance features Italian quartz brick flooring, complemented by a mirror, enhancing the space's vibe. The white oak wall functioning fireproof and scratch-resistant houses a snack cabinet with German hardware, catering to the sisters' needs. A display rack in the study showcases the elder sister's travel mementos, while the kitchen, a retractable kitchen door designed to expand the walkable area, is equipped a kitchen island, caters to the younger one’s baking passion. The selection of Benjamin Moore's scratch-resistant beige and pure white, characterized by zero formaldehyde, contribute to a healthier living environment. Also, environmentally friendly materials are employed for overall storage solutions, ensuring a design that aligns with the sisters' personalities while fostering a comfortable and open living space. More than a residence, it is the emotional fortress of the two sisters, encapsulating the records of their shared journey. In this shared universe, they intricately weave their own extraordinary life narratives together.
