It is a flat floor project with a large vertical hall, a family of five, three generations live together. The original apartment is a three-room layout, the owner hopes to adjust the design to four rooms, and the study is best independent, convenient for children to study or the owner occasionally home office.

The whole adopts modern and simple design style, with white and original wood color as the keynote, creating a pure and transparent atmosphere. At the same time, a small amount of bright furniture and decoration are embellished to enhance the interest and layering of the space.

Compared with the same type of design, in this case, we fully took into account the strong demand for storage for a family of five, abandoned the traditional layout of the living room sofa arranged by the wall, the sofa background and the restaurant background were uniformly considered, and made into a smooth cabinet, which not only increased the storage space, but also made the long living room look more rich. In addition, in the design of the study and kitchen, the cabinet is used instead of the solid wall as a partition, so that the space is not only full, but also looks empty, and effectively improves the utilization rate of space.

The difficulty encountered in the design is that the client requires the study to be independent, but it cannot destroy the permeability of the north and south of the space. After comprehensive consideration, the hanging rail three linkage sliding door is set up for the study, closed or open, which can be flexibly switched according to the needs of use.

In addition, in this case, the designer also tried to incorporate the concept of green protection. For example, in the floor decoration, choose the corresponding decorative materials according to different use scenarios, choose tiles in the bathroom/kitchen, and choose wood floors in the bedroom/living room; In the lighting design, according to the living habits of the owners, the color temperature/illumination of different areas are arranged according to local conditions, and energy-saving lamps are selected as far as possible.
