CCCC Digital Technology Innovation Industrial Park (Phase I)

CCCC Digital Technology Innovation Industrial Park is located in the Zhenan Science and Technology City in Longwan District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a gathering area for Wenzhou's three major themed industries of "ecology, wisdom, and technology". It is also a "hometown of farming and reading" and "hometown of calligraphy" with a long history. The north of this project directly faces the Oujiang River view, and the south is the central area of Longwan District and the Huangshi Mountain Scenic Area. The total construction area of this project is 112458.29㎡.

The project is surrounded by convenient transportation networks and environmental conditions close to mountains and rivers. In terms of image, it is necessary to create an ornamental riverside interface with clear sightlines and a landmark high-rise building facing the city. Functionally, it is necessary to provide a dynamic urban space with complex functions such as headquarters offices, intelligent manufacturing plants, R&D offices, and apartments for the development of the industry.

We draw inspiration from nature landscapes and traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting. The set-back block layout is like the stacked mountains of Yellowstone Mountain. Building blocks with different heights of 54.9 meters, 87 meters, 20.3 meters, 43.5 meters, and 94.2 meters are combined with each other and combined with the "fifth facade" of the roof to create a multi-dimensional urban semi-shared open space and "unbounded" green industrial park.

The building facade is made of blue-gray glass, silver-white aluminum plates and bronze-colored aluminum plates. The entire industrial park and the Oujiang River together form a smart and powerful landscape painting, achieving a unique experience of "people living in the painting". In the future, it will become one of the best urban industrial image interfaces of Wenzhou Zhenan Science and Technology City.
