The design concept is to create a building that reinforces the connection between architecture and people and resonates with nature. The cores are "minimalism, relaxation, and memory", including maximizing geographical advantages. The building incorporates street walkways and a plaza, covered with non-slip sidewalk tiles, and generous setbacks to promote public interaction and circulation. The massing emphasizes the harmony of the façades with clean lines and symmetrical framing. The light white scheme and low saturation frames demonstrate the integration of nature and man-made structures. The penthouse swimming pool enhances living comfort and connects with the natural environment, emphasizing the interaction between residents and nature and demonstrating the concept of landscape living.
The project also takes into account sustainable design, smart systems, ventilation planning, acoustic design, green energy facilities, and lighting systems. These elements enhance comfort, safety, and energy efficiency, and also show a commitment to a sustainable environment and resource conservation.
