Zhejiang Dining

Zhejiang Dining is located in Réel, a high-end boutique mall in Shanghai. Most of its consumers are fashionable young people, who have strong needs for social. The corresponding brand vision should also be concise, international and anti-traditional.



The project coordinate the visual language with oriental aesthetics to create a modern Zhejiang-style life。



The view of Jing'an Park on the inside of the shop is the project's greatest asset, and we hope to maximize the utilization. In order to create a sense of rhythm of the space, we took Jing'an Park as the main theme, and utilized Chinese classical garden techniques to create an experience of varying sceneries along with moving steps.



In order to enhance the ritual sense of entering the space, we use dim lights to decorate the bar, exposing the Jing'an Park at the end of the space, creating a natural sense of a sky garden. Mountains and seas rendered in oriental colors flow in the digital media, showing a modern orient in the eyes of young people.



The dining area creates anopen vision, using a simple space as the background to show a rare urban oasis. At the same time, the top surface is embeded with silver foil mirrors to extend the color and create a natural atmosphere.

The wall displays abstract landscapes with powerful brushstrokes.The glass on the right has the translucence of jade, which reflects the Chinese people’s fascination with nature.



The valley concept is applied to dissolve the lengthy aisle, leave blank on one side, and use the other side as the picture scroll to to add joy through texture of the wall.
