As consumer habits change, the pursuit of material and spiritual life is on the rise. In this city rich in historical and cultural heritage, the 53,200 square meter innovative space—Fourth Generation Wanda Plaza—is seeking a balance between the old and the new, stimulating the vitality of the old city, and achieving self-renewal for both the city and the brand.
Our interior design takes "boxes" as an element, integrating new trends in business formats, new brands, and immersive scenes, aiming to transcend the traditional shopping center and promote harmonious development among industry, city, and people. Combining project characteristics with customer needs, we have created a rare and super-large experiential social space, characterized by layered setbacks, leisurely strolls, and exploratory crossings. Compared to surrounding competitors, our space is more abstract, stylish, and high-quality, emphasizing experiential, conceptual, social, and nighttime vitality, aiming to build a cyber city full of trendiness, science fiction, and vitality.
We have designed three major reversal spaces in a style that combines fashion, science fiction, and leisure trends: Jing Fortress, Chun Theater, and Kuan Floating City. Each space showcases a unique visual reversal effect through soft circles, curves, and cubes, combined with contrasting materials of light and shadow. The differentiated design technique not only emphasizes the independence of each space but also strengthens their interconnections.
The core scenes are designed to create a poetic and surprising experience of "Cyber Broad City" through top-level brightening and high-area drainage, while maintaining a simple and stylish quality. This is not only a visual feast but also a social experience space full of trendiness, science fiction, and vitality.
Our design is people-centered, respecting and integrating into the city's culture, aiming to create a comprehensive leisure and entertainment experience space for consumers. This not only enhances the living environment and commercial value of the old city but also promotes the development of the regional economy, contributes to the construction of a new consumer city, and improves the happiness of residents.
