Auspicious Omen

Auspicious Omen is a residential community featuring 143-meter-high condominium buildings and luxurious and roomy single-floor apartments. Its prime location offers a breathtaking view of the city landmark, makes it an excellent addition to the city's skyline, and showcases the urban development of the east district of Chengdu. This project aims to provide an upscale living experience for the people of Chengdu, inspiring the upper class and promoting high-quality healthy lifestyles amidst the exquisite landscape and surrounding natural environment.



A significant amount of investment has been made in the entire landscape axis to feature a "water landscape". By building four themed landscape scenes of a cloud-like bridge, garden, lake, and terrace, it vertically created a three-dimensional landscape, enriching the overall multidimensional presence. To create a natural ecological waterscape, the designer created a symbiotic system consisting of "herbivorous insects-underwater forest". This system utilizes the self-purification of the water body to enhance water quality. This approach will reduce maintenance costs in the long run. The design perfectly unifies "naturalness" and "sociality", ensuring that the landscape remains fresh and attractive and stands the test of time. The designer has emphasized the importance of the symbiotic relationship between humans and the natural ecosystem, promoting sustainable development of the landscape through symbiosis with natural ecosystems and thoughtful landscape design methods.



Design thoughts:

1. Create a vertical landscape through elevation difference, and enhance the vibe with a 5-meter waterfall.

2. Utilize a large-scale cascading waterscape and underwater forest system to adjust the microclimate and form a self-circulation ecological system.

3. Incorporate high-quality businesses and sunken clubs to provide comprehensive services and facilities and enhance the surrounding area's vibrancy;

4. Create a sustainable residential landscape with the latest technologies and ecological narrative;

5. Integrate art and an isolated lifestyle, allowing residents to escape the busy city life and enjoy a more comfortable and relaxed lifestyle.
