SANDCASTLE waist trainer is the first one of its kind in the world, which is butterfly shaped and manufactured according to biomimetics and has been granted with U.S. invention and patent registration authorization. The product subverts the traditional structure of the waist trainer with both ends leveled, and adopts biomimetic design of butterfly curve and waist line to disperses the pressure of the back and crotch edges, realizing the gradient variation of pressure and cushioning on waist and abdomen, and eliminating the problem of pressure discontinue change and strangulation of the body caused by the traditional structure, and at the same time, it innovatively applies the fabric condensation composite technology to the shaping product, and improves the wearing comfort and shaping effect to a new high level.
The design inspiration of the SANDCASTLE waist trainer originates from butterflies, employing visual illusion techniques to create a visibly narrow effect on the upper part, while the lower part appears wider. The upper section utilizes digitally printed nylon mesh to showcase a flowing sensation reminiscent of wind-blown sand dunes. Simultaneously, a black bone line guides the gaze, perfectly highlighting the hourglass figure. The waist section exudes a smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance, with a sense of dynamic charm, contributing to enhancing the wearer's confidence and allure.
The structural curves of the SANDCASTLE waist trainer are more in line with ergonomics. The highest point of the upper edge is located under the armpit, extending down the scapula towards the spine. At the vertical midpoint of the scapula, there is a depression to disperse pressure and achieve the effect of shaping a beautiful back while controlling underarm fat. The lower edge is hollowed out at the front to accommodate the pelvic bone, providing sufficient space for the femur while extending down the side and wrapping around to the lower back. Additionally, there is a concave point at the coccyx, tightening excess fat without compressing the buttocks and thighs.
