ISLE Maison - Pushi Xujiang Huating

Vanke's 'ISLE Maison Series' purposefully selected Suzhou to appeal to a well-educated population and create a vacation-style residence isle, satisfying the desire for peace among urban bustle. The project is located in Suzhou's Gusu District, near to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,
enveloped by a rich tapestry of cultural heritage. The demonstration area's design is an elegant combination of traditional garden components, such as atriums, courtyards, and water features. The meeting room, model rooms, and entrance are all smoothly connected by these well conceived connections. The design philosophy finds expression in the courtyard sequence, unfolding a narrative of vacation-style living spaces through four thematic sequences. The internal spaces, maintaining independence yet avoiding complete isolation, cultivate an environment conducive to natural exploration.

The architectural façade embodies an exquisite and lavish lifestyle, distinguished by its transparency and lightness. The 'ISLE Maison Series' Project's unique look is displayed through a precise selection of materials and a colour palette that is primarily composed of white and gold. In the layout design, the project maximizes the scenic resources offered by the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The increased window-to-wall ratio along the riverside façade simplifies the overall residential façade, accentuating the stately quality reminiscent of mansions.

The 'ISLE Maison Series' is a response to the modern desire for a genuine living experience, emerging as a conversation with time and environment. This project offers Suzhou inhabitants a calm resort island that is completely blended into the urban landscape through careful design and innovative concepts, promoting a lifestyle that artfully combines elegance with natural tranquilly.
