Xian Greentown Classic Oriental Showflat

The project is located in Xi'an, a city with a strong historical heritage. History has left a unique character to the city, and how do people take root here and pass it on from generation to generation, year after year? The design team extracted colors and textures from the historical, natural and cultural aspects of Xi'an, and interpreted and reconstructed them with modern techniques to create memorable spatial symbols.



The regional customs, climate conditions and landscape culture are integrated into the living space, and the openness and level of the spatial layout create a multiple life experience of "leisure, rest, gathering and fun". The space materials are mostly made of classic marble, wood veneer, metal, perforated aluminum plates, combined with art glass, resin plates, and art paints, presenting meticulously crafted design details, and the use of dark and light colors and woven leather presents an exquisite handmade touch, calm and atmospheric space atmosphere.



The design area is 561 square meters, and the space on the first floor is divided into several important spaces such as the entrance, the art hall, the living room, and the tea bar/water bar. In terms of design, the soft furnishings of the art hall have been adjusted to strengthen the relationship with China; Square elevators and artistic stairs are set up to enhance the artistry of the space; The living room adopts a fireplace and L-shaped sofa with a strong sense of enclosure; The basement floor space covers the restaurant, wine cellar, reception area, bar, kitchen, chess and card room, and uses its open layout to create a seamless transition of social places, integrating the owner's aesthetic taste; The mezzanine on the first floor is equipped with a tea room/calligraphy and painting room, and a collection room, which is used as a place where you can be alone or shared with guests; There is a study on the third floor, which gives the space a layer of identity label, and also locates the quality of life of the owner.
