Poly Hezhu Weitangxuan is a multi-story residential community with a total construction area of ​​131,800 square meters.

With the theme of "healthy, natural, high-end fireworks", the project integrates the fireworks of life into daily life and provides residents with multiple possibilities for a better life. The design concept is divided into three chapters:

Oriental etiquette: At the main entrance of the community, a gravity display window is imaginatively set up. The open block blurs the boundaries between residential areas and the city, giving it more of the comfort of a city walk.

Urban Neighborhood: Pass through the front yard space and arrive at the new humanistic public space that eliminates the gap between the community and the city. As an extension of the front yard urban interface, this area highlights the combined development of life scenes and multiple business formats.

Humanistic private enjoyment: back yard. Different from the social, interactive, and multi-business combination space in the front court, the back court focuses more on creating a comfortable place for rest and natural gathering. It also focuses on the memory of geographical context, inherits history and culture, and brings people closer to the city, site, and space. distance.

Being in the city, returning to nature, with Wei Tangxuan's design techniques of retaining fireworks and poetry, achieving a balance between urban prosperity and quiet privacy, and finding livable poetry in the development of the project.
