The Industry Park aspires to attract industries by providing multi-story and high-rise manufacturing buildings to meet the demands of urban land shortages and the needs of new industrial businesses. The industrial park's design emphasizes industry production innovation as well as the park's spatial layout. There are four factory types: 3000 ㎡ multi-story freestanding factories, 2000 ㎡ single-story factories, 2500 ㎡+4000 ㎡ semi-detached factories, and 1200 ㎡*2 two-story factories, each targeting a certain industry. The concept of the semi-detached factory is inspired by stacked villas in the residential sector. The top three and bottom four floors are regarded as separate components, with their own vertical transit systems, entry halls, and courtyards. The multi-story independent factory with four levels meets the production requirements of heavy machines. High-rise factories are separated into floors, making them ideal for small businesses with a horizontal production line arrangement. The whole site design prioritizes the efficiency and logic of industrial flow, resulting in a straightforward and ordered road system. On the other hand, it has structured a central garden to the greatest extent feasible using density. The landscape design of courtyards on the ground, together with the streamlined design for separating customer and product movement, results in a high-quality park setting. With economic restrictions in mind, the design team used new uses of traditional materials such as soft ceramics, coatings, aluminum panels, and glass. The goal is to strike a balance between cost and spatial quality by making inventive use of conventional materials. By refining and varying the color and texture of the facade, we hope to give industrial buildings for personalized exhibits.
