The Portable Power Station series packaging uses environmentally friendly paper materials and innovative structural design features to enhance the functionality and sustainability of the packaging. By seamlessly integrating the new one-piece punch handle into the existing box structure, we not only succeeded in replacing the traditional plastic handle, but also reduced the cost. This design not only enables users to easily handle and lift products, but also reduces the amount of plastic used and avoids the generation of plastic waste, thus reducing the negative impact on the environment.

2. In order to make full use of environmentally friendly materials, we have also developed honeycomb paper trays to replace the original foam, which will become the main buffer material for Jackery's subsequent packaging system. In addition, in order to solve the problem of product packaging bottom leakage, we use a double-fold bottom structure, thereby improving the load-bearing support strength of the packaging bottom.

3. In addition, the design also uses environmentally friendly paint oil to replace the plastic coating on the surface of traditional packaging boxes, highlighting the importance of environmentally friendly packaging in promoting green industry and responsible trade practices. Prioritizing the use of renewable materials and minimizing waste, in line with global initiatives on clean energy and sustainable practices.
