Longhua New Era Skilled Talent School（龙华新时代技能人才学校）

Shenzhen Longhua New Era Skilled Talent School (Longhua Campus of Shenzhen Pengcheng Technician College) is located at the intersection of Ping'an Avenue and Changmao Road, Guanlan Street, Longhua District, divided into two towers, the east block has a total of 20 floors, the west block has a total of 23 floors, and the east and west towers are connected by a 4-storey podium. The project is expected to be capped in 2025 and put into use in 2026.

The project is a characteristic college jointly built by Longhua District and Pengcheng Technician College, and its functional positioning is to improve the quality of industrial workers and cultivate new skilled talents, and the scale of the school is planned to be 800 full-time students, 12,000 annual vocational training, and 8,000 annual vocational training bases.

The project will help the high-quality development of Longhua's digital economy and contribute skilled talents to the comprehensive construction of "digital Longhua and urban core". At the same time, the construction of the project will implement the construction and reform plan of the industrial worker team, promote the comprehensive development of trade union work, accelerate the development of vocational education in Longhua, and meet the demand for skilled talents for the development of the digital economy in Longhua District, so as to provide accelerated impetus for the economic development of Longhua.
