Situated in Qingpu, Shanghai, the Magnolia House seamlessly fuses Shanghainese neoclassical architecture with French influences, drawing inspiration from the city's native magnolia plant. Upon entering, guests are enveloped in a gentle breeze infused with the delicate fragrance of magnolia blossoms. The dining area, adorned with lighting fixtures reminiscent of magnolia shapes, offers captivating views of the surrounding gardens, while a serene color palette evokes a sense of timeless tranquility.

The grand living room serves as a captivating narrative of Shanghai's 1920s French concession history, with French neoclassical paneling and gracefully arched windows that pay homage to the city's rich cultural heritage. Bespoke furniture pieces and sumptuous green velvet fabrics invite tactile exploration, echoing the allure of the magnolia.

Ascending to the second floor, guests are greeted by the private library lounge, where green-colored French-style wall paneling seamlessly blends with contemporary Chinese wood skylight framing, creating a space that is both modern and enchanting. This sanctuary offers a haven for inspiration and indulgence, where guests can immerse themselves in creativity and contemplation.

In the secondary bedroom, meticulous attention to detail is evident in the use of walnut wood, taupe lacquer, and bronze mirror finishes, inspired by the deep tones of the magnolia tree. This bedroom is especially designed for working young adults. We aim to deliver healing and fresh experiences by maximizing the window opening and adding spaces for working and lounging. The wood working details inspired by the veins in magnolia leaves bring a unique feature to the space.

The master bedroom and bathroom on the top floor stand as the pinnacle of refinement, symbolizing the magnolia's petals and stamen. Situated atop the house, these spaces exude elegance and gracefulness, with exquisite detailing reflecting the purity of the magnolia.

The Magnolia House offers a sensory journey that celebrates the intersection of history, culture, and nature, providing guests with an immersive experience that is both captivating and enriching.
