Hangzhou One Future

The project is located in the Qiantang River International Innovation Belt, the core area of Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City. The project has a site area of 13,741 square metres and a total above-ground GFA of 68,705 square metres. The function of the project is mainly office and commercial.
The goal of the project is to create a humane, modern, innovative and efficient research environment that combines light harvesting, ventilation, energy saving and landscape, creating buildings that are both flexible and sustainable in use. With modern techniques to create a link between the past and the future of the building, enduring, become a classic.
This project is inspired by the lotus root, which is hollow inside yet upright outside, hence the symbolism of the lotus as a gentleman; it is porous and accessible, hence the symbolism of prosperity. The design of the facade pursues simplicity and subtlety, while maintaining a square and efficient plan, it is slightly divided at the refuge level to create a unique form without affecting the functionality of the floors used.
