Pinus

This case is a residence designed for a couple enjoying retirement life. Our design team created a light and fresh space that exudes a sense of simplicity and elegance while also exuding the beauty of harmony.The design concept of “Pinus” is embraces a minimalist style, characterized by light tones, textural elements, and use of arc curves all over the space.With a foundation of natural wood tones and white as the base colors, complemented by shades of gray and earth colors, offering the space the sense of pure, clean, and zen meaning.
Curves are a signature design element throughout the project, the curved TV wall in the living room is also a highlight of this design project,we hope to enhanced by the incorporation of curved lines for visual softness and improved fluidity.A small storage room is behind the TV wall and provides storage function.Opposite the TV wall, at the beginning of the corridor, a set of arc-shaped storage cabinets are implanted in the wall, echoing the arc lines. Simple design makes the client have a sense of belonging at home.
Master room using a light apricot hue as the design centerpiece to highlight this element,wood grain furniture and utilizing artistic paint are applied in the space, adding layers to the minimal layout.Styling lines and metal handle elements on the wardrobe add a sense of elegance to the space, textured fabrics and bronze lines are used on the headboard, while unique stone and cream white accents are used in the bathroom.The son's and daughter's rooms are mainly designed with white tones, curved shapes and wood grain materials. The details also echo the design vocabulary and coherent visual sense of the living and dining room.
The kitchen was reorganized, the entrance position was changed to expand the space, and a worker's room and worker's bathroom were added to meet the needs of the household owner.Make use of the original advantages of the space, introduce natural light, and increase a transparent and bright atmosphere.This project focuses on space planning and uses environmentally-friendly decorative materials, accomplish a healthy and pleasant living residence for homeowners.
