SinYi Li Xing

This project aims to transform the old and outdated congregate housing in the downtown city area into a modern and luxurious residential and commercial building. With the help of the government's urban renewal program, the building has been given a new lease of life. During the design process, the team took great care to ensure that the building would meet the owner's desire for safety, comfort, and a high-class living environment.



To achieve this, a refined neo-classical style has been chosen as the architectural pattern for this design. This style, characterized by its elegant and timeless features, perfectly complements the building's surroundings and provides a sense of grandeur and sophistication. The attention to detail in the design process is evident in the building's exterior, with its clean lines, intricate details, and harmonious proportions. The end result is a building that not only meets the owner's expectations but also serves as a testament to the area's high quality of life and humanistic environment. This new landmark is sure to become a point of pride for the local city, and a place that future generations will be proud to call home.



As one gazes upon the building from the outside, the meticulous design team's interpretation of neoclassical architecture becomes apparent.
