Rural Revitalization in Yunxi Jinshi Village

Yunxi Village is located in Dongyang Town, Anyi County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Situated in a mountainous area, the village experiences significant elevation changes. Many areas within the village have exposed and barren soil. The greenery along the roads is disorderly and lacks maintenance. There are existing ancient buildings in the village with historical significance. Apart from these ancient buildings, other architectural styles are mixed and lack a unified style, with some buildings showing signs of disrepair and posing safety hazards.
This proposal revolves around the theme of "Imperial Examination Culture," aiming to create a beautiful village that integrates cultural exhibitions, folk experiences, tourism, and education. Based on the functional positioning and village structure of Yunxi Village, three nodes are established to form a Jinshi Culture Circle: the "Imperial Examination Cultural Center," the "Folk Culture Memorial Hall," and the "Jinshi Residence." Surrounding areas will feature pastoral landscapes, with trails integrated with local agricultural planting to create a pastoral landscape belt.
The overall design style follows the architectural style of Hui-style villages, characterized by pink walls and black tiles, while incorporating local rural landscape materials to create a characteristic town that aligns with modern Chinese aesthetic tastes.
