Situated in the Guangming District of Shenzhen, this project has a favorable natural environment and excellent surrounding facilities. The landscape design is defined by “growing as time goes by”. Framed in the park setting, the design is intended to create a social hub for young individuals, which comprises the Time Valley Garden, the Glazed Land, and the Garden Commercial Street, with the aim of offering a social space within the urban forest that is both innovative and inviting. The main object of this design is to establish a tranquil and serene oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of urban life, crafting a multi-dimensional garden space. The concept of time journey is blended into the space, and various elements such as music, vitality, entertainment, and horticulture are combined to deliver a refreshing natural experience and visual delight in the midst of the reinforced concrete urban landscape. As a green space in the city, the corner park provides a vibrant and open natural area amidst the urban setting. The designer adeptly uses water in diverse forms to shape and enhance the landscape, including flowing water, still water surfaces, and the effect of water mist. The ground vegetation is arranged in a natural and rhythmic pattern, while the introduction of Chinese tallow tree confers depth and visual interest. The interplay between the two space levels amplifies this effect, creating a distinctive visual impact like a picturesque landscape painting. The "Glazed Land" serves as the hotel-like entrance area of the project, and its unique structure forms a multi-level garden-like ceremonial gateway. The resort-style rooftop infinity pool garden stands out as one of the key facilities in the residential area. Positioned as the highest point in the entire three-dimensional garden design, individuals would get immersed in a panoramic view of the city while swimming or relaxing. The design of the commercial area is infused with a musical theme in order to establish a public space that seamlessly blends urban living with the natural environment, thus enhancing the overall experience.
