The overall tone of the project is minimalist and vibrant. Landscape design aims to unify the atmosphere and create a living community that caters to the modern way of life. The project delves deeply into the Jingu culture nurtured by the convergence of rivers and seas in Tianjin, skillfully integrating its winding and intricate characteristics into the landscape space, shaping a diversified and elegant garden community.
The main entrance is unfolded by a sculptural installation themed as "The Orchid of Respect and Virtue," with a rippling water feature base symbolizing the heart of returning home, warm and serene. The flowing water cascades gently, evoking ripples in people's hearts. Passing through the ceremonial entrance hall, one arrives at the landscaped garden, where vast mirror-like water features intertwine with the pavement, creating a harmonious and winding vista. Tree pools dot the surface of the water, resembling small boats gently gliding across, adding a sense of dynamism and vitality to the entire space. Ascending the tiered steps, one encounters a curved stream and a flowing cup. Sitting in the waterside seating area to rest, accompanied by the sound of running water and the rustling of leaves, it feels like being immersed in a landscape painting. Here, all fatigue melts away with the wind, leaving only tranquility and comfort. With its unique landscape design and rich cultural connotations, GUIYUTINGLAN creates an ideal living space for residents, making it a place where one never wants to leave.
