FENGMINGHAITANG

Xi'an, a world-renowned historical city, stands as one of the crucial birthplaces of Chinese civilization and the Chinese nation. Located at the core resource area of Xi'an's High-tech Zone, FENGMINGHAITANG is deeply rooted in the cultural essence of the ancient city. The project's design condenses the essence of the Eight Scenic Views of Guanzhong, forming a unique layout of one axis and eight views, along with seasonal gardens, to create multiple thematic functional spaces. This balanced blend of poetic landscapes and quality living reinvigorates the diverse atmospheres of Tang culture.

The demonstration area showcases the charm of Chang'an night. A golden phoenix sculpture soars gracefully at the entrance, its luxurious elegance hinted by the rich-colored stones in the background, evoking a resonance between the ancient and modern. The babbling brook wraps around the open-air resting areas in the landscaped courtyard, where the rustling of leaves and the lush green branches exude a profound national charm, creating an immersive viewing space. The sunken atrium presents a scene of moonlight and flowing water through the unique texture of the stones, with the light and shadow extending indoors, reflecting in the clear pool. Transparent floor-to-ceiling windows connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing the visual enjoyment.

The project's landscape design is truly ingenious, utilizing modern techniques such as color, craftsmanship, and special materials to showcase the ancient elegance of Tang Dynasty. Elements of begonia patterns are extracted and integrated into various landscape details such as lighting fixtures, railings, and wall decorations, seamlessly blending with the elegant and luxurious spatial ambiance.
