Situated in the most premium section of Yiwu City--Futian Street, the demonstration area of "NEW TIMES VILLA" enjoys exceptional geographical and natural conditions. The project deeply explores into and draws its aesthetic inspiration from Eastern landscapes, thoroughly thinking about the subtle connections between humanity and nature to create a composite living space that integrates a garden and a salon.



This project centres on the concept of "Eastern landscape", capturing the essence of Yiwu's natural scenery and integrating it with contemporary design techniques to establish a "court within a garden, garden within a court". The objective is to foster a new dimension of modern ideal living by leveraging the wisdom of ancient craftsmanship.

The project's primary entrance features Zen stones, an inviting element that beckons visitors to engage with the surrounding landscape and guides them further into the space. The intricate boulevards, towering retaining walls, and superimposed water features collectively evoke a sense of seclusion, rendering an impression of detachment from the mundane world and a transition into an idyllic and secluded dwelling.



The core leisure area is a display of spatial art, featuring large-scale doorway eaves, exquisite marble walls with large and luxurious green stone, and a warm and natural spatial tone, complemented by the smooth design of metal lines, contributing to a sense of understated luxury. A waterfall in the opposite view gives the entire space a flowing beauty, while the falling and splashing water looks like elegant white strings of pearls, offers visitors visual and auditory enjoyment, making them feel as if they are in nature's fresh and peaceful surroundings. Furthermore, the walkway is situated on the mirrored waterscape, offering visitors a distinctive experience reminiscent of walking on water. This design allows every visit to serve as an opportunity for meaningful engagement with nature.
