Regalia is a symbol of a leader. The owner is the proprietor of a large family

business, the building is designed to be used as a home as well as a business office. The interiors is centered on the owner's desire for a luxurious hotel experience, with Oriental elements infused in the details. The entrance lobby aims to dazzle guests, while the dining room further admiration as visitors step inside.

The dining room ceiling incorporates a design inspired by crowns, with walls using materials that complement the ceiling, creating a seamless visual effect.

Layered ceiling designs present in various spaces soften the light, forming halos that echo the crown motif, connecting various styles and achieving a beautiful overall balance. The tea room, designed specifically for the homeowner who appreciates traditional style but seeks uniqueness, adopts a new Chinese style. It incorporates textured materials and straight lines that resonate throughout the design, along with distinctive light fixtures to highlight the style.

This design employs a multi-material collage style to achieve a luxurious atmosphere. Straight lines cut through natural patterns, creating a balance between order and randomness. The host’s bedroom, besides hotel elements, utilizes materials reminiscent of ones used in car interiors, complemented by rose gold titanium strips, crafting a unique custom luxury feel.

The sintered stone slabs used for the flooring and the living room TV wall have a natural marble-like pattern and can withstand the seaside climate and salt erosion, and will not produce efflorescence after a long period of time. The overall design uses a lot of textured materials similar to natural imagery so that owners can relax after a stressful day at work. The use of light strips with matte black walls in the office area creates an illusion of floating and visually expands the space, allowing office workers to enjoy the interesting space, which in turn eases their emotions.
