The residential design project not only focuses on the artistic and functional aspects of the building but also incorporates the vital concept of environment protection. The designers have surpassed the traditional methods of environmental preservation, which only include the use of eco-friendly building materials. They have creatively transformed numerous old or second-hand objects that were otherwise destined for the landfill into useful installations, elevating their functional value and extending their lifespan. This approach not only reduces waste but also adds character to the design, giving the space a unique and environmentally conscious appeal. The residential design project not only focuses on the artistic and functional aspects of the building but also incorporates the vital concept of environment protection. The designer used stone slabs, commonly found in lawns, as the wall design for the entryway and added the outline of linear lights to it. Inside the house, the designer incorporated various style elements, such as the owner's favorite Vespa motorcycles, brassware, collectibles, music, bar, and more, into the space, making it not only a resting place but also a space for art and culture. In the dining area, the designer disassembled an old Vespa motorcycle, retained the light function with a special technique, and allowed users to turn on the light source directly from the grip of the motorcycle to use it as a night light. The designer also transformed an old piano into a bookshelf, which not only echoes the owner's love of music but also adds functionality to space.
